Within the scope of the project carried out in collaboration with Kongsberg Turkey, significant improvements and maintenance operations on the azimuth system of a towing vessel with a pulling power of 65 tons have been successfully completed. The updating of the propeller and nozzle system, the meticulous replacement of critical components such as simplex, felt, o-ring, and the procurement of necessary spare parts were executed with precision by our team. As a result of this process, the tugboat has earned approval for a 10-year Survey. With the implemented updates, the reliability, performance, and longevity of the maritime vehicle have been ensured.
Laser alignment in hard-to-reach places and vertical pumps requires the right equipment and experience. Our team successfully completed this challenging task and completed the laser alignment task for vertical pumps with precise, fast and accurate results.
A naming ceremony was held for 3 full electric tugboats with a length of 28 meters and a pulling power of more than 65+ tons, produced by Sanmar Shipyards for Canadian HaiSea Marine, for which we undertake the propeller and machinery equipment works as Cag-Mak Engineering.
